Why should I book directly at the hotel?

By contacting the hotel directly, the rates are more advantageous than online portals, as there are no commissions to pay.

In what position is the hotel located?

The hotel is located on the seafront of Tortoreto, in the first row facing the sea.


Do all rooms enjoy a sea view?

No, the hotel offers both rooms with hill view and rooms with sea view, which have a surcharge of € 15.00 per day.


Are the rooms with sea view facing the sea forward?

Not all of them. Some are frontal, others are lateral.


Is there a shuttle service to/from the train stations?

Yes, for guests who book directly through the hotel we provide a shuttle to the stations in Tortoreto and Giulianova.


Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, the municipality of Tortoreto imposes a tourist tax from 15/6 to 31/8 of € 1.00 per night for each guest over 14 years of age for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.


Does the hotel have its own private beach?

Yes, the hotel does have a private beach right in front of the hotel, just cross the promenade.


How are the beach umbrellas assigned?

The position and the row are assigned according to availability on the day of arrival.


Is it possible to use the beach service after check out?

Subject to availability and upon request at the reception desk, we allow beach service after checking out.
It will probably not be possible to retain the same umbrella assigned during your stay but a new spot will be assigned.


Does the hotel have a pool?

No, the hotel does not have a swimming pool.


Are pets allowed in the hotel?

No, pets are not permitted.


Does the hotel have a car park?

Yes, the hotel offers not enough parking spaces for all guests. As an alternative, if there is no availability at the time of check-in, we provide coupons free of charge for paid parking in the car parks in front of the hotel.


Is it possible to connect to Wi-Fi?

Yes, you can use the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel as well as on the beach.


Is the kitchen equipped to prepare meals for children?

Yes, we can prepare meals for the children according to their needs by following the instructions provided to us.


How is the restaurant service structured?

You can choose the dishes from the menu of the day: everything is served at the table.


At what time is the room available on the day of arrival?

We guarantee that the room will be available starting at 1:00 pm. You may arrive at the hotel early in the morning and make use of the common areas.
It will be our pleasure to hand over the rooms as soon as possible, even before 1:00 pm.


Is it possible to rent bicycles?

Yes, the hotel provides bicycles free of charge.


Does the stay begin with lunch on the day of arrival??

Yes, with full board the stay starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.


Is it possible to get lunch instead of dinner on half board?

Yes, it is possible to choose which meal to enjoy by communicating it in advance.


If a deposit is made, is the cancellation still free of charge?

Yes, all bookings are cancelled free of charge, even with a deposit, which in that case will be returned.
